Took this yesterday with my new gear (1D MKIII and 70-200mm F2.8L is) C&C welcome.
I like this you caught the guys expression brilliantly. Saw him myself yesterday in town.
The only thing is the bright colours in the Dunnes window. Fidn the bright red a bit too distracting.
Just basically going to say the same as POM.
You got a great moment there, looks like he is crooning bigtime. the composition/poise is spot on for me.
But the reds in the window are very distracting.
If you don’t mind photoshopping you could carefully select the dresses/tops and turn the colour to brown or something.Great photo though.

Nice shot, that lens is sharper than a really sharp….sharp thing! And a 1D MKIII too. jealous=me. *sighs* :cry:
Thanks for the comments guys, I do agree that the red in the background is a distraction so will look into it.
Here are a few more to look at I’m loving this new camera and lens, worth every penny ( hope the bank manager agrees!!!!!!!!)
The busker is a fine candid shot all right, but the others have really caught my eye-
really nicely exposed and well presented.Pat

This is one of the reasons cited for many street photographs being done in B&W.
In any case, I like the photo – very sharp and great expression.
