Using a speedlight ON the camera

  hi,

  i can see that there are tons of tuts and videos for off cam flash but any ones for on camera use of speedlights? i’m very eagerly awaiting my sb800 and i can’t wait to get playing with it. can anyone point me in the right direction?

  Check out Neil van Niekerk’s Flash Photography Techniques – probably the best tutorial of it’s type around. Like he says in his intro – “These pages were originally written to help other photographers who struggle with on-camera flash.“. Take your time going through the various pages, there’s a lot of info there.
