Tried my hand at taking a few photos at an athletics meeting today. First time tryin this – I felt sorry for the runners it was bloody roasting! :-)

Is this a representative sample?I think the 1st one is fantastic,,,,, you can tell by the shadows under her feet that she is completley off the ground!

I had a funny feeling the first one would get more attention alright :P
jb7 – it’s not really a fair reflection – but these were the most striking shall we say :) In fairness, there were people of all ages taking part – good day out in the sun by all accounts… That 2nd lad was a character – fair play to him for laughing and jokin after runnin 5 miles in that heat! :)

You’d have both feet off the ground too if you were being chased by
the next two chaps… ;)Good captures beef, well exposed and composed. Looks like a gruelling day though…
