Hire of a 400mm-ish Canon lens?

Hi,
I am attending the Flying Legends airshow in Duxford, England in July for a weekend and was wondering where i could hire a 400mm Canon Fit lens? I can hire from London, but its the going in to pick up and leave back that is the problem as i haven’t time to do it. Is there anywhere in Ireland (or indeed anyone) willing to hire it for a long weekend?

Calumet in Belfast have lenses for hire… Give them a bit of notice though in case they
don’t have one in.
Was in Jessops last night, selling some lenses dirt cheap!! Don’t think there were any
400’s though.Hows the A-Level going?

Yeah, Conns camera’s are a bit expensive, the lens i’d be looking is £1000stg, so they’s be lookin around £175stg for a week!
I’m not doing the A-level, i went to tech to learn more, but wasn’t aware that you basically taught yourself, so i’ve quit it. Good to have use of the studio though, i’ve learned a lot from that.
Tried Calumet, the longest they have is 200mm. I have a 300mm Tamron, but i suspect its soft at 300mm. I have a 200mm Tamron which is excellent, nice and pin sharp, but i will have my wife and kids at the airshow, so there will be no “turn up mega early and hog yer spot all day” ;)
