    Was out tonight for a drive and just happened to have my camera with me so decided ot make the best of the opportunity, for of the photos can be seen below (more to follow)

    Very nice set John with lovely reflectionsand light…wouldn’t be particularly struck on the angle on the first, but it’s different.
    The final one of the clock tower would stand out for me.

    Heh! I did a lap myself last night around the Odyssey and over to the Custom house square side, but thought it was too choppy to get nice reflections. Now I see the effect I might of had, that wasn’t the right decision! Nice work.

    Love the one of the clock & tower. Love the sharpness in it and the tone of the night sky, its not totally black. For me it sets it off beautifully.

    I’m not mad on the reflections of the white light on the water in the 3rd photo. Just think it is a bit much. I think I would have tried to replicate the movement of the water in that strip of the photo. Just to isolate the bridge.

    Good shots,. My fav haunt for nightshots in the city. 2 and 4 stand out for me.

    i agree the white is a bit too much but sure what can ya do.. except ask the coucil to turn em off for a few mins… hahaha

    Hi John, great shots have you ever tried HDR. I think you have some nice shots there to work with.
