Broken display…

    Hi,

Just a quick question (and I hope I put it in the right part of the forums)

While travelling through India for a month, the display on the Eos 350D broke (not the LCD, but the display that shows the battery life/amount of pics left etc), I think due to the humidity (my husband was travelling, not I, unfortunately)

Any idea if it’ll be expensive to fix and where it can be fixed in the first place?

    Thanks!

displays can be quite expensive to repair/replace and since the 350D is an older model (newer ones dont have lcd on top) parts might be harder to come by and therefore more expensive. If your looking for a quote you could try image supply systems in dublin

Thanks for the link, will give them a shout and see just how expensive this might be… maybe it’ll be the excuse I need to get a newer camera ;)
