critisise Lovely boat

I took this in Galway the other day i think it looked lovely.
It doesn’t seem to have moved for a while and its very weather beaten. :D
Please if you have any tips or tricks can you help me.
I have photoshop cs3 master collection and im only new to it and i am a begginer photographer so help and constructive critisism are very welcome.

I know how tempting it can be to over cook an image, specially when your starting out, done it myself many the time.
Do ya live in Galway?? Up there most days meself. Nice to see a few more members over this side of the country.

I’d be curious, how is the original image. Could you post it by any chance?
Im quite embarrassed because the original is not that good (I am only a begginer).
I also took this but i have not edited it.
I know this probably looks s*%t, but I am only beggining and I value opinions because i know they can only make me better :D :DPersonaly I would get down to the level of the boatand shoot up if possible to remove clutter from the background or close in on a good bit of peeling paint and rust :) I would try a few angles find something you like and then process.
