I just “love” the quality of the technical finish on this. Super detail and clarity throughout and a standout sort of finish to it.

Care to share camera settings and processing here Rob?

I really like this….agreed on the technical quality. also i like the ‘framing’ the window frame provides.

Processing pretty straightforward really, no colour adjustments at
all on account of it looking exactly like that through the recently cleaned
windows. Sharpening in two passes. First, duplicate layer, apply high pass
filter, radius 50, layer opacity 50, apply unsharp mask to that layer, amount
300, radius 1.5 pixels, threshold 0. Flatten image.
Second pass, use calculations to select the darkest part of the image only
(didn’t want to get any sharpening on the lighter reflections on the inside of
the windows; would have made them too obvious), apply unsharp mask, again
    amount 300, radius 1.5 pixels, threshold 0.
After I resized for web display, I sharpened once more, just using unsharp
mask, amount 200, radius 0.2 pixels, threshold 0…

Wow! This is great. The colours are fab and the lighting seems to be really even – no shadows really.

    Thanks Harry and marlayman.

Honestly marlayman, that is pretty simple processing, about three minutes
work when you get used to it. It’s just one of a number of sharpening methods
people use here. The reason for the extra pass of sharpening after resizing for
the web is that images lose a large amount of their sharpness when you make
them so much smaller for web display…

Lovely image Rob. Love the framing of this shot and the cloud formation. Were you coming or going by the way?
