their were two photographers at the Juvenile athletics all irelands last sunday in belfast , who were standing less than 4 yards from the finish line taking pictures of the athletics finishing, one of the athletics finishing a race ran into one of the photographers, the people around me were ready to drag the two of them from the track, i didn’t get there names but i thought they were giving everyone who enjoys taking pictures of sporting events a bad name, just wondering what everyone else thinks

    Sounds fairly unprofessional.
Were they using SLRs and did they seem to know what they were doing?

Sounds like a bit of a stupid thing to do.

one of them was using a 1ds mark II or Mark III with 70-200 f2.8 lens
while the other was using something that looked like a 20d with a short lense , they should have know better so should the track officals for letting them in their in the first place. the two of them looked like they got new toys and wanted to test them out and forgot what a nuisance they were making of themselves
