In case you haven’t had your fill of gannets…

I think I need to work on the colour balance of this one:

Peter.. you’re leaving a trail of red x’s everywhere you go.. you image links aren’t working.

Here’s a resize, host and post guide… hope it helps:

It’s weird – I saw the pictures on my screen a minute ago, then I refreshed the page and they were gone…I’ll have to have another read of that post about resizing, hosting and posting

I’ve tried to post these pics again…this time they’re hosted by my flickr account, however I could only get the small ones to stick to the page! The normal size pics didn’t seem to work.

The previous attempt used my pbase gallery as the host site, that seemed to be problematic and erratic.

    They are way too small…

Click on an image thumbnail in Flickr to view the image at a slightly larger size.

Above the slightly larger size is a button “All Sizes” with a magnifying glass beside it.

Click on “All Sizes” and you will be presented with “Available Sizes”.

Let say you want to post the Medium Size version, click on Medium and the Medium sized image is displayed.

Beneath the image is an option “2. Grab the photo’s URL:”. Copy the URL and paste into into your PI thread between tags.

Just be sure that the images in question are not marked as “Private” on Flickr.

Love the last one Peter – it really captures both the close-up bird “society” with the backdrop of the panorama type
view – really excellent definitive gannets shot!

Well done in getting your pics to show Peter.

Yep the third and fourth are really interesting shots.
