Love it Mick….! Very simple and very effective…. Is it 2 shots combined….? Thought i could see mirroring in the skirting marks…? regardless i really like it…!

Yeah, just flipped and pasted one of the images.
    Shoddy workmanship well spotted.
I find it easier to faff about with lo res images before trying to duplicate the result in hi res.

I love the headshots.. absolutely brilliant. This is the type of result that I aspire to… but I need to work out what all the butons on the camera thingty are for frist! Great work.

    Thanks, Brikee, SummerD, KWBarbs.

    It’s just natural daylight.
We have a corridor in the house running north/south with windows on the east side and a white wall on the west side.
In the morning the sun streams in, but as it’s direct light it’s quite harsh.
Once the sun passes over to the west what comes in is indirect light which is very even.
I opened the back door and stood outside shooting in – so I could get back far enough to use the 70-200 at around 155mm on the 5D.

These headshots were shot at ISO 320, f4 at 1/125sec.
The jumping shots were at ISO 320, f4 at 1/500sec, and then brightened when processing RAW.
I knew those ones would be underexposed but I needed to shoot at that speed to freeze them – which is okay cos I knew I could recover some latitude when processing the RAW files.

Fantastic Mick, despite the slightly noticeable flipping in the
jumping shot, and the headshots are simply sublime…

Good to see you finally got her indoors to clean up that hallway too… ;)

Mucho thankings, glad youse like them.
I’d like to do more of these using the same white top white background set up, but with a wider variety of people.
Think it’d be an interesting wee project.
    We’ll see.

Lovely photographs. I like the headshots.
She seems to be very relaxed.

    Good look with new ideas.
