Lovely colours and detail Janine, very vibrant. I’m not sure about
the crops though; sometimes it can work to chop the ends of the petals
like this, but I don’t think it does here, particularly in the first. Can’t help
feeling I want to see right to the edges. Still, lovely images…Rob.
Thanks Rob, do you think this one is a bit better? I like this one, especially that the stem is out of focus.
Number 1 for me as well, nice sharp image and the contrast in colours works well.
Very nice light in all three of these Janine. Contrast is fantastic too. The third is my fav. :)

I don’t mind the crop of the first – and the the uncropped version is good too. The focus plane for the second is out for me – I gues you were concentrating on the droplet, but not having the centre of the flower in focus is kinda like not havong a person’s eye in focus.
