Partial lunar eclipse this evening folks…

I think we’ve as good a chance of seeing it this evening as we have of seeing it on the 16th, as dated on your link Ken. ;-) Weather may play a part in seeing it though.
If it is possible to see this tomorrow evening it should be a good one – the moon will be low in the sky at that time in the evening so any photographs should be able to take in some landscape features to give it some perspective. Met Eireann say the rain should clear the east coast tomorrow afternoon so there is a chance between the following showers.

Right back at you Alan on the heads up, even though it would have been funny if I went out this evening and no eclipse.
Haha would be really funny cos it is supposed to be p’n down tonight,
and the moon is huge at the moment, must be getting close to Harvest

Clouds, clouds and rain. Looks like a washout in the west tonight.

Sun starting to shine here in Droichead Atha, after a day of rain, rain and then some more rain.
We have had torrential rain all day and local flooding, but at
7.00 the sun came out so fingers crossed it stays clear.Rain held off all evening here, which is unusual. I got this one.

Well done Janine, I have never seen such rain as we had last
night, local floods that I havent seen since Hurricane Charlie!Nice shot Janine. Weather in the South East peaked too early and clouded up before the moon could be seen.
