  the exif data suggests that it was taken with a Nikon D70

  Nice shot, but I would crop a bit off the bottom, a little too much pathway
  and it seems to lose focus a touch.

  Thanks for the comments. I had to use a wide aperture as it was actually quite dark, hence it being out of focus a touch at the bottom.
