Rapa Nui/Easter Island sunset

Had the pleasure to visit the most magical place on earth, Easter Island. Spent a week here, and on the 1st day captured this magical sunset. The rest of the week it was just clouded over and hence no sunset. A must before you croak it……
Have you more pics of those huge statues? Would like to see more.
Would love to go there some time. Imagine it must be an eerie feeling there knowing that so many people had been murdered and eaten.

What an Island, and what a history. We have a lot to learn from what happened to this Island.
What a magical place to live in. I would have no problem living there…..
