Frost and Fog

Hi everyone
This is my first picture post on here.
Taken on an extremely cold Saturday morning in Derrymore woods in bessbrook in armagh. Couldnt see too far with the fog. About 100 yards from my house so handy to get to.

Nope. Can’t beat that one! I take it this was a combination of exposures as opposed to ND grads?

I did shoot it with an ND Grad but ened up blending two shots anyway.

Excellent photograph. Like Alan, I would be keen to know the technique(s) involved.

As a couple have asked about the technique, i shot the scene in Aperture priority, f16 iso50 if i remember correctly. Bracketed the exposures and blended two seperate exposures in PS one for the grass down and the other for the sky and tree area. Some levels and curves tweaks in Photoshop and smart sharpen.
