Needs a little bit more contrast and a little extra sharpening.
Personally I find it neater when cropped in closer, with less water.
Sky is very flat and slightly uninspiring.
Possibly a better picture to be had there.
Agree with John on this and it is a place to go back to in better light
Also noticed your ISO at 1600 you should drop it to 100 or soCathal
