randomwayMemberI appreciate the excitement there, but could you please use the standard font size and black colour for posting messages?
Check out this thread for some advice:

ZoltancathaldParticipantNot sure about where to shoot in Dublin but why don’t you sign up to the PI trip to the mournes in feb there are a few guys from Dublin going and its a great learning experience along with a bit of craic.Check out the events section
You should join a camera club in your area also as they tend to have days out or you could meet up with some of the folk on here a very helpful bunch and keen to give a helping handCathal

You’ll have to excuse Zoltan,
he recently bought a very large camera,
and he’s been battling against falling standards ever since-Blessington- that’s quite near Tallaght-
Then there’s the road over the mountains towards Glencree, and the Sally Gap-But Tallaght itself should give you enough material to last you a lifetime-

EeyoreParticipantI also got a nice camera for christmas and struggling to find places of interest. Also living in the tallaght area. We are going to go down the canal tomorrow around portobello (I think) to feed the ducks and swans and hopefully take a nice picture or two.
shutterbugParticipantPheonix Park is always good for a pic or two, plenty of deer there
that are used to people so you can get up quite close, there is also
Farmleigh House if it is open, squirrels landscapes etc.
