  You can host your pics in a site like……..photobucket,flickr etc, then just copy and paste it into your post. I use photobucket, as i find it the best.

  It resizes it fro the web as well.

  You can resize easily with Faststone,
  then upload to Imageshack — this has a browser toolbar.

  Usually you want pix about 800 pixels wide — more is too big for many screens
