I did a wedding in December in Ballybeg house Arklow, Co. Wicklow. Did a couple of variations of the shot below but would be really interested in some feedback on this one.

It’s a pity her head “coincides” with the doorway.

Is the WB off? Everything looks a little orange. It looks a little out of focus/soft to me as well.

i would clone out the archway this is a nice shot but why did you shoot at f1.4 ? this has created to much dof
just looked at the exif your iso was set at 2000 f1.4 and the flash fired.
for inside shots try iso 100 with flash

Cloning round her tresses won’t be easy.

Hi all, thanks for taking the time to have a look and give me some critiques.

I agree that the arch does spoil the composition so I have made an attempt to clone it out, although I think there are tell tail signs that some editing has been done.

I have adjusted the white balance as suggested and I think the colours look better but still have a warmth which is what I was trying to achieve.

I think its a great shot that may have being even better had the depth of field not being so small. I think if the viewer could get an idea of the mans expression it would add to the shot. You said you took a few of this shot. Any with a larger DOF?
