  So given the banking meltdown I’m expecting to return to a barter economy at any stage now so thought I’d be a trend setter, for once, and get ahead of the game.

  I have this lens 1 year brand new hardly ever used original case etc. Only been on camera about 4 times as I just don’t take they types of pics that this is best suited for. My 10-22, 50mm and 28-135 do everything I need but perhaps you are different? The DO really do make it small small for such a long focal length.

  Hey JP, thanks for the offer which I did consider but decided against.

  Not really at the level where I need L type lenses (i shorrt with a 350d) and also probably too similar (i.e. a zoom) to be worth it.
