Snowy Comeragh Mts…Last Week.

Was on the late shift last last week and had plenty time
to get out and enjoy the great weather we had down
here in the”Sunny” South East…had lots of snow on the
mountains over a 3 day period…got around to processing
some this evening.Noel Browne.
Very nice Noel, great light and I also like the composition but I do think the tree on the right is taking up too much of the image.

I couldnt see this image initially, shown as a little “broken image” icon. I clicked on it, and it showed “Not Authorised”.

When I changed it to https://photographyireland.net/album_pic.php?pic_id=4167 (dropped the www.), it worked.
Not sure what’s going on there, dns subdomain issue?

This was taken from the field directly in front
of the wind turbines near Portlaw.Noel.
The colours in this are magic, the snow almost looks pencil drawn.
If anything, I’d take out a little bit of the sky, There’s just a little too much of it, with not much going on.

Excellent shot. I love the patchwork of colours in the fields and the snow looks amazing. Colors almost turn directly from green to white in the foothills.
As it is, I think its really nice. However, if you got a chance, I would try again without the tree on the right.
But I still think its lovely.
