Supplicants at a Shinto shrine

I went on a flickr meet in Tokyo, we went around a number of temples in an old part of Tokyo, but it ended in an all-night, all-you-can drink karaoke session.
This is a photo of a shrine were people pray for safe pregency and childbirth.Take with fujifilm 1600.

The picture tells a lovely story of a couple on their own, at a special place, in a crowded city, asking to be blessed with a child. I like the juxtaposing background of the modern buildings. The grain is really nice too
