This is the best of a bad bad bunch I’m afraid. Taken last saturday, it was a horrible drizzly and cloudy day – I think the weather took its toll on this poor fella too!
My setup included my camera being set up on a tripod hooked up to a wireless remote. I kept (as best I could) the camera dry by setting the tripod up under an umberella. I kept the umbrella in place by sticking it in a lump of old concrete I found with a hollow tube in it – a perfect umberella holder! :)

Cheers, the background is prob the only thing that I improved on since my last post of a wildbird. Next I wanna get one without a birdfeeder in the shot, hopefully the new 420-800mm lens I got in the post yesterday might help ;)
