Great shot, if only my guy would pose like that for me rather than trying to take a bite out of the lens…

Now this is more of a reflection on me,
but i really don’t like logos on anything-
unless there’s a good reason for them to be there.

Yours does, Sharon, I’m not talking about that (right now)
but the text on the pillow is just a bit TK (J) Max…
Text is so strong graphically that it will overpower an image, I think,
unless you really want it to be there-

So I might have done the equivalent of Karsh pulling the cigar out of Churchill’s mouth in this one-

Your logo- it could have less opacity, and be tighter to the corner-

    And Sharkens?
Have you run that by the media analysts and focus groups?
I know where it comes from, but are you called that by anyone?
As a portmanteau, I’m not so sure about it-
How about doing the obvious thing and using your name?

    And the picture?
    Looks like a wee pet-
it does seem to be kinda low contrast though, like there’s some flare-

As usual, you can call me Mr Picky…

Oh this is just brilliant Sharon, I’m in love!

The eye contact is really good, he looks intelligent, and sweet too.

Thanks Steve! He’s pretty lazy yeah~~~

Jb7~ well to be totally honest J…I saw this function that said *add text* so I typed in exactly what you saw..no I take that back..I typed in sharikins ~yes people do call me that when they are being endearing~ not what you thought you saw…and left it there.

I didnt think of trying any other fonts or colors or names..I just thought a doggy pic deserved a cutesie on it :D . Leave it to you and R…to take me seriously always. But that’s a compliment. I am glad you guys care, and I am delighted you continue to be picky. It is VERY much appreciated.

And yes, low contrast , more than a bit of flare. At this size it’s really noticeable especially..

    Thanks Sinead!

He’s pretty easy to photograph…he does take the occasional nip at the camera like Martin mentioned his dog does.. but usually can’t be bothered.

Aahh he looks like a dote!

Here is a pic of our fella, [dont mean to hijack your post]
very hard to get a decent pic of him . . . has to be inside,
    outside not a chance!

It would be nice to start a thread here prompting
people to send in pics of their pets!

yea I thought there might be a sliver of flare on the pic too.

JB7 has a point regardoing the text, didnt really realise it until he
    mentioned it.
