There’s too much space above and to her right for my taste. This has the effect of placing her eyes more or less at the centre of the image — which doesn’t really work. I’d be inclined to have her eyes on one of the “thirds” lines.
Given that you are so close to the subject, it would work better if she were looking directly at you, I think.
I’m not sure how much post processing you have done to it but the contrast between the darkness of her hair to the sides and the very white areas of the face is too stark I think. You may be able to adjust for that, if you wish.
