Two new flash triggers have been introduced, you can read a good review of them on strobist:

I am more the starving student type reader of strobist, great site.
I was thinking of getting couple vivitars and cactus v2s after reading some posts, but haven’t taken the plunge yet.

    Any thoughts?

The New TTL Pocket Wizards should be available here in Europe at the End of April – for the Canon versions. The Nikon versions are likely to be several weeks later. Anybody interested can e-mail us and we will contact you when they become available. This is a Guess-timate, but prices are likely to be in the region of: €239 for the MiniTT1 and €284 for the FlexTT5. -Inc VAT

Ps: A word of warning about Pocket Wizard: The US Models work on a different frequency to units licenced for sale in Europe so they are not compatible. The US Units use the same frequency as European emergency services.
