i couldn’t be sure but the images seems to be unsharp at all or because of wrong merging in HDR software. the strongest one of the bunch is the 3rd one but would need some adjustments to bring out more details in the overexposed areas. I am pretty sure that no 3 was a hdr try right? Sometimes the software has trouble to merge them similar. there are two option at the beginning of the hdr process ( don’t know how to call them in english) – try both, on or the other will work. HDR doesn’t like longtermexposures ( ;
Thanks Madeleine – I took these shots on Sat during a field trip with other photography students. I was really aiming to capture silky water by setting a high f stop number. There were many small streams around. I used a tripod. I just did a few minor adjustments in some simple software that came with the pc. I should have spent time working on them in photoshop.
Thanks
funny i could swear that the 3rd shot was a hdr mutant….even when you press the button it can move the camera….try to use an external…. :roll: button?! or make sure that you placed the tripod right. well you will succed with more practise! cheers M*
