Welcome to the site Mac, Mallards are great for a bit of colour and nice
to get one flying, a couple of things strike me about this shot, it isnt the
sharpest but that wouldnt be the first thing that I notice, composition and
placing the subject in the frame is important too, I would prefer to see more
of the space in front of the duck rather than behind, this gives the effect of
it flying into the picture rather than out of, if you cropped this way maybe
you can re-do it, anyway nice first post and here’s to many more :)
