Cheetah

Taken at a cheetah reserve in South Africa. These were wild cheetahs, never handled by humans. Its all part of a breeding programme. But you could go into their enclosure in a group, with a nice man with a big stick to protect you. The cheetahs don’t take much notice of you – unless you hunker down to take a photo – apparently as you look smaller than them then they may attack. This was taken standing about 8-10ft away (but not hunkering down!) C&C welcome.
