These are for mtmccallion who just posted her shot of Lenan Fort. This unfolded last week literally 100 yards away from the fort.

The skipper couldn’t have picked a worse place in all of Inishowen.
Pete Smith and I were over there last year and the swells were literally coming over the 150 foot cliff. And that was in summer.
Usual story lads, fell asleep at the wheel. Have done it myself :cry: . If you tried to steer her up there it would nearly be impossible.
Yeah saw this alright, thought it bad taste to put up when it happened.

Thanks Andy :) I recognise it now from the paper. I didn’t venture near the cliffs as I get a funny feeling in my legs if I see the drop down to the sea…not liking heights too much! :lol: :shock:
