Took a walk through Banager Glen outside Dungiven yesterday, lovely spot, was there more to try and get some wildlife, which is new for me, but still came back with nothing but landscapes. Bloody birds were too fast.

First time in this place, which is bad considering I live twenty minutes away, great spot.

Anyway, I know the sky is bland, but any c&c welcome.

Yes, a beautiful walk and a lovely image you came home with. Excellent light.

Dams are never easy to photograph but you’ve done well with this one.

Very nice Peter that looks good,I dont mind the sky as there
is lots of interest throughout the shot,I like the layered effect
with the woods on the hill side
I will have to get a run up there with you some time

Thanks Andy, it really is a nice spot, right on your doorstep, can you recommend anywhere else around the Sperrins that would be worth seeing.

    Cathal,

We definately must get up there again, really nice spot, with potential from some great shots.

Beautiful setting, have driven past numerous times, but never had the chance to photograph there yet, i’ll have to make more of an effort.

    Very well captured

great light. The composition gives a good sense of the contained water.

    Thanks for the comments

Robert, maybe a good spot for one of your location shoots, the woods are really good.
