Fair play to jb7 and Alan for suggesting a title for this one without even seeing the shot.
The bus driver appears to be keeping a close eye on “handlebars”,who in turn seems to
be sussing out the cyclist who’s having a wee chat on his mobile whilst negotiating a
turn on O’Connell St. Shot might be a bit soft,but there you go.

I love the mirror on the helmet, the spandex shorts, such a serious cyclist. We just know he’s tut-tutting the mobile phone user of course.

Amusing shot. I think the guy on the weird bike is the eccentric Irish inventor Michael Killian. I used to see him quite frequently in Dublin. You can learn more abouthis “sideways” bike here:
