I have been here a few times over the last week at different times of the day. Seems I am more than partial to shooting into the sun.
    Any opinions on these?

Very nice. I particularly like the first one. I was down there myself last week but despite shooting about 80 frames there was none I was happy with.

    The first for me Wesley.

The contrast looks difficult in the 2nd and 3rd but the 1st is more vibrant. I like the very low angle you’ve chosen and the depth of field is well chosen, similar to Peter’s shot.

    John:
It must be just a difficult place to shoot. I tried all focal lengths morning, evening and mid-day and ended up shooting macro and chasing butterflies. (There are no straight trees. Its all hills and briars etc. etc.)

    Andy:
I thought the contrast in the second and third might not agree with many people. I was fascinated with how the bluebells change colour depending on the amount of light shining on them compared to ones in the shade. Portglenone looks like the place to go.

    Thanks.

Number 1 for me, superb shot. Shows how important it is to get down low sometimes.
