How’s it going folks, long time no speak!

I rented out a 300mm Canon 2.8 IS for the week. This lens is out of this world and I can now see why it has a £4k price tag, only downside is that its like carrying around a small village. Anyway, some nice evening light on Tuesday to play about with.

P.S. I’d like to wish John Anderton all the best, thoughts are with the friends and family circle at this time, hope he pulls through.

To get results like that I’d say its worth it…
I’ve being thinking of renting out some good equipment but with the prices that i’ve been quoted, I wouldn’t be long buying the stuff.
    Love No.3 & 7

crystal clear shots. I’m heading up there tonight with my 6 year old son, I had been hoping to get some shots, but we all know where my camera is. But hey renting a big mama lens for next year could be an option…..

Great shots and I bet the lens was a beauty.
3rd shot is my fave, beltin. Followed by the first , really like the out of focus crowd gathered behind the wall
    Great light in these too

Agree with all the rest here brilliant set of pictures. That lens looks to be the dogs (for a canon). Where did you rent it from and go on scare me with the rental price.
