Just wondering what peoples reactions to this photograph are rather than critique I mean how do you feel about it what does it convey to you.
second go at doing this post 3 internet is acting up….
Leaves me wondering who the mysterious cloaked stranger is, and why am I lying on the floor in the forest ?

I think it’s a touch spooky really – I feel as if whoever that is (or whatever) is waiting for me….
i really like the photo also.
Makes me wonder who that is…but not necessarily in a frightening way. Might be a prince. But I too…think I might be hiding from him~~
interesting but why do you assume “him” I thought the figure was ambiguous and the figure is posed its not a candid capture.
And i was using my new but cheap calmet tripod that you can fold the legs out and get very low to the ground with (also traps my fingers something rotten…)
Interesting I looked at it and thought of loneliness, looking at someone who is lonely that you can’t or don’t reach out to. I find it more sad than spooky.
Really like the picture and love the way the dark figure contrasts against the bright light and the warm foreground.
I see menace here, crime may have been committed, [too much Patricia Cornwell perhaps].
