Can’t say I’ve ever seen this part of the Abbey. I’m suspecting this is near, or around midday? The harsh light does a great job of bleaching an image and you were hit with it here. A lower light such as early morning or late evening suits better. However, there’s intrigue with this one – I want to see what’s in to the right just hidden by the wall.
