not sure if cheap, but the tamron 90mm 2.8 will autofocus on your camera and it’s a great lens
one of the sharpest lenses I’ve ever had (don’t have it now sadly)

You can also get extension tubes?? I think thats what they are called, that go between your current lens and the camera and they give you much closer focusing so it turns your current lens into a a kind of macro one. They are very cheap too.

I’m sure comeone will come along with the correct name and explanation shortly!!

Or bellow would do the job. It is not very convenient to work with them and not every lens is able to work with extension tubes.
Best extension tubes are ones from Kenko. They have conections from body to the lens.
But still the best is dedicated lens or a simple compact like canon a580. Thanks to great depth of field it is excellent equipment for macro. And cheap too.
