Around Camp Wapasu

Some shots of stuff and things around the camp. Didn’t get time to search out bears yet, but they sometimes come into camp or onto the site.
The shots are handheld in windy conditions so not as good as I would like.. Comments appreciated..

Barn swallow (Hirundo rustica) by C.O’N, on FlickrSome very nice shots there. I particularly like the one of the Barn Swallow, which must have been so difficult to catch in flight.
Very nice set, I love Grasshoppers, they always look like they have incredibly
bad teeth! :lol:haha, see what you mean about the teeth!
1 is also a really beautiful exposure and composition. the colors are lovely too.
i like the exposure on the wild grasses as well, something about the warm light, dark shadows and short depth of field
Lovely set, the macro shots are excellent but I also like the first shot.

Thanks dave. I have to say, the first one is one of my favourite shots for a long time. I had never seen these birds before, so it was an added bonus.
