  I Like this,

  Lovely tones but could be a bit darker or more contrast.
  It is a bit grey overall.

  That crane to the right is distracting, whip out the clone tool
  on that.

  Nice shot, I like this too and a new angle on a well snapped location.
  Like the people and the cars on the left.
  Boost the contrast as Alan mentions
