Hi All,
I always think it’s nice when I go into a shop and leave sometime
later thinking “I certaintly went to the right place”.I had never cleaned the sensor of my 2004 bought Canon EOS 20D.
It needed cleaning but a variety of reasons had held me back.Yesterday I found myself on Wexford Street in Dublin and wandered
in to Gunns.I explained my plight to Cathy who proceeded to provide me with the
gear to do the job and then proceeded to clean the sensor for me
right there and then.I mentioned that I might consider a ND grad filter.
Got that sorted too.As I left the shop I thought “I certaintly went to the right place”.

Good man, so often we only hear the bad experiences while the good ones go unrecognized.
Terribly nice people in Gunnes.
I’ve been in there on 3 occassions in recent weeks and it’s always pleasant, helpful service.

It’s a pity that the places with bad service far outnumber the good ones. :cry: Well done to all at Gunns and well done John for mentioning them. :D Maybe there should be a recommended places list (not excluding our site sponsors) compiled from members experiences which would be very useful to use when spending our cash. It could give a few of the bad ones a kick in the *ss that they deserve.
