I am selling my Tamron SP 300mm f2.8 LD IF (aka the 60B)
Lens comes with:
Original case, which is a little tatty cosmetically but does what its meant to.
39F original hood (has some stickers on it)
Matched 1.4x (420mm f4 and sharp!)
Tamron AD2 Nikon Mount
3rd Party Canon EOS AF confirm mount (not great tbh, lens does not lock properly, new ones are £10 or 20 on ebay depending on weather you want AF confirm or not)
112mm Original Velour/Vinyl lens cap
Drop in filter holder, think its 43mm
Built in tripod ring, with the optional trigger grip thing to aid hand holding.
Overall condition is used, maybe 6-7/10. Some minor cosmetic scratches and wear around the metal barrel.
Optically, there are a couple of tiny chips on the front element, Never noticed them when i bought it, only found them when i cleaned it one day! they have no affect what so ever on IQ and are difficult to photograph. Few specs of dust inside but again no affect on IQ.
Aperture is completely oil free and snappy. Focus ring is loverly and smooth :D
Reason for sale is that ive picked up a 300/4 L which much better suits my needs.
