This is an ok shot, surprised it has no comments.
It would have worked better I think if you had found something as foreground interest however.
The overall composition works, I think.
I don’t know the lens you were using but there seems to be a bit of barrelling, ie, the horizon is curved in the photo, and it takes from it a bit.
It might also be possible to bring up the sky a bit better as it looks a bit flat; the blacks are also very black; perhaps a tweak or two in editing software might help these.
The action and contrast in the water work well.
