Old Faithfull

After a few requests from visitors at the gallery for temple shot with a summer blue sky, i took a scoot down a few days ago. Its been well over a year so it was over due.
Here are two from about eight different composition’s

RickyThe first works really well, letterbox crop and toning is perfect. Second one is technically good, but it’s not keeping me there – perhaps it’s the competing elements – my eye doesn;t know where to settle.
Second one was actullly quite difficult to shoot considering there aint much to stand on at that side of the wall lol I agree with you on both counts the first would have to be my choice of the two.
I would prefer the second if I didnt find myself cocking my head to the left for some reason!
Like them, like them both.
I much prefer the second, lots of drama there. It does need straightened though.
