I like it too, but it does look a little underexposed to me, a bit grey.
There is so much texture in his face and hair, but I don’t think your getting the best from it.
I’ve seen the colour version of this on another site and this is much better in B&W. But I agree with jess that it’s much too grey. I’m not sure it’s underexposed though as everything else in the pic seems fine apart from his face.
If you could decrease the reds a little it might lighten the colour in his face and make the image more B&W than grey.

The frame is nicely filled with the subject.
The microphone explaining what is happening and an
excellent expression on the singer/musician’s face.
I’m sure a revisit to the processing can improve on the
issues mentioned in other replies.
