Just had a look at Bermingham’s in Dublin and they have one listed at 1600eur +-
I am not sure if it is the mark II version.Hope it helps!
That’s a cracking price for it in Bermingham’s. It’s listed at £1,778 in Warehouse Express.
I have this lense and it is awesome. I presume you’ve tried it out yourself hence why your after one.

I had a look at Bermingham’s and could not find it.Rang them and the were closed.
Yes Johnnymc I tried out one a few weeks ago that a friend had and yes cracking lens but very pricey new.

The one I saw there was 2nd hand, not new.
The lens ‘body’ looks new, but I didn’t see the glass as it had the lens cap covering.ps: i’m looking to try a Nikon 85mm f1.4, so let me know if any of you tried it before and what your opinions are.

I got through to Beringham’s today and the lens was just after been sold.
What a bummer as I was not able to see it on the site when I looked.But thank’s for the tip off I am sure another one will come up.

Haven’t looked in a while, but I’m pretty sure they sell new on eBay for around €1600.
Just buy within the EU, preferably UK, so you don’t need to pay tax, otherwise you need to add another 23%.
If you buy on eBay from the UK, from a trusted seller, you should get it a a great price, looking for one myself, maybe next year.
Thanks Shutter Bug but I am a bit weary about buying from eBay as I got caught before even though he had a 100% raiting.
That’s perfectly understandable, I don’t buy as much of eBay anymore either, too many dodgy people.
I still have one or two guys I still buy from though.

Parkcameras have a secondhand one at the moment for £1300. I’m also in the market for one of these but am going to US soon otherwise would buy from park.
