I had brother and sister Courtney-Leigh and David in the studio a few weeks back and tried something different from the hi-key. David had a lot of fun shots but i liked the moody look he pulled between the laughs. Courtney-leigh wanted a glamours shot like the have on magizine covers.

Nice couple of images.
I like David’s image and in particular his expression, pose and the vignette that you have created. The fact that it’s a moody pose, I think it could benefit from less backlighting. The shadow contrast on his face is good but maybe just a reflector on the photographer’s rh side as opposed to a light could have helped matters? His hood and neck are a bit on the bright side (for the moody pose) for me.
Courtney should be very happy with her glamour shot and I think you captured it very well. I like her pose and the way her hair has a winswept look on her lh side. You mentioned that it was a hi’key set up. Is Courtney’s background lit with a gel or is this the actual background colour?

It was “a change from the hi-key set up” i used a grey paper backdrop for both shots the natural color of it can be seen in david’s shot. Thanks for the comment :)
