Oh there was a thread in here earlier today… something to do with Derry folk… and all of a sudden it disappeared.
Ah yes…I remember the one. From a heralded returnee to the forum as well.
Maybe he had an axe to grind but in the cold light of day he caked it. Possibly fearing boy racer types with curved peaks on their caps?

My kettle has more a brushed steel and chrome look… there’s some black on it, but I certainly wouldn’t compare it to any of my pots.
Can I just stress that in order to conserve energy that you only put enough water in the kettle to satisfy your needs… you don’t need to be filling the kettle just for a cup of tea or the like.
Kettles are very hungry on electricity and unneccessarily boiling large amounts of water is bad for the environment.

some people call me a border hopper but you get more dole down here………
