    Sunset on a beach.

    with some Pano shots added:

This is a wonderful image because mother and child express happiness. I am sure it would sell good as a stockimage.

In my opinion you can get a stronger focus with cutting the blue pastel sky off – make it panoramic

have to agree with the previous post….absolutely fantastic image

the warm colours and tones brilliantly compliment the emotion of the image centred around the mother and child.

Many thanks for the comments, ye are probably right that a panoramic would work better though I’d prefer to keep some depth in the sky. Its my girlfriend and our child, so its a nice image to have, and I like the way he is pulling her along. I like how you put it Madeline, that they express happiness.

    Hi Liam,

I think this is a really nice image.
I like the muted colours and the silhoutted figures with the hint of detail.
The birds seem to be totally undisturbed by what is going on.

The suggested crop would be a nice version too but this is very good as it is.

    Well done.

    John.

    Thanks John,
I think the Birds were looking for food as the tide went out, also they were probably a bit further from the birds than it appears in the photo, thanks for comment. Pano versions are attached to the initial post.

Hi Liam. The pano version of the first shot works best for me. Nice one. Well done

I like the second a lot. Great sense of atmosphere. Perhaps the sun is a bit too bright/distracting – would you be able to dodge it a bit?

The 2nd photo would be my pick here. Well captured.

Well, I’ll be different, I really like the first, as it is. Very nice colour, like a faded late 70’s photograph.
Defo one for the wall Liam.
