how to make a low resolution cd

Ok so i want ot give a friend a cd of samples of my work so he can show a friend but I want it to be low res so they cannot be printed of. How can I do this in Photoshop CS3.
ThanksI do watermark them but I also want to be able to do low res so I can fit all them on in the future. If I have like 200+ photos to put on a cd
How do I do that?? I am still learning photoshop.
Will that allow the photos to be looked at on a full computer screen.
